2446 Mayan Riviera – Wellness resort development

$5M equity financing

This project, titled Alumina Tulum, will construct a beachfront (30m) luxury resort with 43 luxury suites designed and constructed to provide an immersive wellness experience throughout the areas of the property.   The project is already 80% financed and requires the final $5M to initiate construction.

2440 Cayman Islands – Georgetown Entertainment District development

This project is limited to the land and building purchases for the project, which will be located on Seven Miles beach, on Grand Cayman.  Land costs will be $74M for 16.2 acres (including ocean front location).  Building presently exists and will be purchased for $26M.

2441 Cayman Islands – Georgetown Entertainment District development

In partnership with Universal Music Group and UMusic Hotels, project owner will develop an Entertainment District that will feature a 10,000 seat arena, a 375 suite music themed experiential hotel, The Cayman Convention Centre, 170,000 sq ft of retail and a 60’ wide oceanside boardwalk.  Feasibility and environmental studies are completed.

2433 Canada – Multi-purpose rental tower development

Multi-residential purpose-built rental tower aiming to redefine rental standards for young professionals.  The project is located in Ottawa, Canada and includes state-of-the-art coworking space, a pet spa, hair and nail salon, and a curated

collection of signature amenities and features designed with the modern renter in mind and for the evolution and growth of residents.

2431 Canada and USA – Green Hydrogen production plants

Publicly traded corporation focused on the design, construction, and operation of hydrogen production plants powered from renewal electricity sources.  Investment program includes 16 projects to be developed by 2030 and totalling $640M USD.  The first two projects of the program, included in this opportunity, will be located in Sorel (Canada) and Detroit (USA), each producing 10 tonnes per day.  Each project is being developed in five phases between March 24 and December 26, with a combined budget of $232M USD and a financing of $148M USD.

2406 Colombia – Santa Marta international airport expansion

The Santa Marta municipal district, in partnership with the National government, wishes to develop a significant capacity expansion of the existing Simon Bolivar International Airport.  This project is inscribed in the decadal development plan of the city to mark the 500th anniversary of its founding in 1524.

2372 Mexico – Cruise ship port development in Cabo San Luca

A privately-owned and operated cruise ship port is proposed for the resort town of Cabo San Luca, developed in partnership with Royal Caribbean cruises.

2358 Canada – Privately-owned international airport development

$495M – Debt financing, up to 20% equity

Design ready

Company acquired in the summer 2023 the rights, property, and licenses of the Stephenville airport in Newfoundland.  The development program to modernize the existing assets includes 1) $250M terminal; 2) $65M fire station; 3) $105M 1200 person work camp; and 4) $75M floating work camp (cruise ship conversion).

2406 Colombia – Santa Marta municipal water treatment plant

The Santa Marta municipal district, in partnership with the National government, wishes to develop a regional water production and waste treatment plant, using water from the Cordoba River.  This project is inscribed in the decadal development plan of the city to mark the 500th anniversary of its founding in 1524.

2368 Mexico – Gold mine bulk sample project

Bulk sample extraction from the Ana Paula deposit in Mexico.  The bulk sample will enable the construction of the underground infrastructure to advance the project (still at Feasibility study).  Investor injects USD$20M in capital in return for 15,000 ounces of gold at a below market price.  Delivery of the physical gold or cash equivalent will be in 16-24months from investment.

2350 Mexico – Gold mine development

Expansion of existing mine (15.18 grams per tonne Au, 329 g per tons Ag) and acquisition of land currently being leased.  Expansion will add second mill, tailings dam, mining equipment, camp and infrastructure improvements, new permits, and 43-101 completion.

2341 Mexico – Gold mine development

$70M debt financing – up to 25% equity in two tranches:  $10M (Phase 1 development and mining), $60M (Phase 2 development and mining)

Project anchored to Oposura (Zn, Pb, Ag, Cu) and Alacran (Au, Ag, Cu), both of which are on private land in Sonora, Mexico, and have recently issued NI43-101 technical reports. The Oposura project, near Moctezuma in Sonora is fully permitted for production from the East deposit. Alacran is being actively drilled to expand the low-strip-ratio, heap leachable, oxidized gold and silver mineral resource to upwards of 1 million AuEq ounces. The Copper porphyry targets are the medium-to-long-term growth opportunity on the Alacran property.

2456 Norway and Mexico – Thalasso biorefinery plant

The start-up, Thalasso, has initiated the construction of a fabrication plant to assemble its proprietary process to convert ocean-polluting sargassum into value added sustainable product lines that include bioplastics & packaging materials, pharmaceutical additives, nutraceutical powders, cosmetics, human and animal-grade proteins, textiles, and fertilizers.  Sargassum is a oceanic invasive species that destroys seas and shores, at the present annual rate of 40 million tons that drift onto beaches and coastal shores in the Caribbeans, Mexico, and USA (Florida).  This plant is economically destructive now, but represent an immense potential in Canada, Mexico, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Sweden, Chile, United Kingdom, Southeast Asia, and West Africa.  This funding round is required to complete the fabrication of the modular process containers for immediate use in Mexico.

2452 USA and Italy – Bespoke, made-to-order and sustainable luxury apparel

The start-up, Treun House Atelier, has engineered a zero-waste, zero-inventory clothe manufacturing process from farm to fibre to fashion and back, aimed at the luxury casual wear market (clothing and footwear).  The on-demand manufacturing is already operating in the US, with original materials sourced from classic Italian suppliers.  A second on-demand shop will be established in Italy in immediate proximity to the materiel suppliers.  Treun is looking for two successive equity raises of $500K and $1.5M.  The $500K will cover the immediate costs for materiel sourcing, production set-up and initial production runs, packaging, marketing, and distribution framework.  The $1.5M will expand on the same cost items and add staffing increases and Italian location development.  The $8M debt financing will be used to stand up the Italian location and expand the Brand’s presence in Europe.

2451 USA – Medical treatment development to cure autoimmunity ailments

Cytokind is a start-up focused on solving systemic inflammation at the root of autoimmunity conditions, a problem that affects 50 million persons annually in the US.  The solution is anchored to metabolites, naturally produced by the body to fight inflammation.  The technology development will centre around ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) phototherapy has been shown to reduce inflammation and improve patient outcomes. The research will target the discovery of the metabolites that are precisely stimulated by the phototherapy.

2436 USA and Canada – Consumer product roll-out

The start-up, Wize Sparkling Iced Tea, proposes to roll-out a new entrant in the canned iced tea market.  The product, currently available in three flavours (apple, raspberry, mango) is made from 100% arabica coffee leaves (the ONLY commercial drink made from coffee leaves).  Product contains 10% of the sugar contents of other canned products, ¼ of the caffeine of canned caffeinated beverages, and strong antioxidants (Mangiferin, EGCG, Theobromine and Chlorogenic Acids).  Funds will be allocated to production, HR, sales, and marketing campaigns.

2410 USA – Fairshare start-up market expansion

The start-up, Fairshare pop commerce, has developed an online platform to monetize the widespread practice of content sharing on the internet. The platform creates a free-flowing market for the exchange of goods, services, ideas, and knowledge, through which every sharing action (by individuals and corporations) results in an automatic commission payment to the action’s initiator, once a sale results from this chain of shares.

2401 England – London diamond & emerald fine jewellery expansion

$62M equity raise through convertible notes, in two tranches:  $12M and $50M

2352 Canada – Novus TX non-surgical brain damage healing technology

2351 Canada – Biowave instruments start-up
